Variety of options to suit everyone
Price: The price range varies depending on what you want, we can offer a small granite hand carved plaque all the way up to an ornate custom designed monument costing many thousands of dollars. Most people spend between $2,000 and $4,000.
Colours: There are many granite colours to choose from. We offer a wide range of samples in our showrooms. Many people choose traditional black with gold lettering, however there are many other options available.

Design: We have created many different shapes and styles to meet each customer’s requirements. The most popular designs are: heart shaped, arched top, koru and fish hook.

Bases: You can choose to include flower vases in the base piece. We can also carve some wording into the front of the base.
Carved wording: We can help you plan the wording carved into the main part of the memorial, we usually recommend you think about including the following: name, date of birth, place of birth, date of passing and a suitable statement or poem.
Sizes New Zealand public cemeteries specify the type and size of memorials that may be used in a particular area such as an Upright area or Recumbent area. At our consultation session we will be able to advise you of any restrictions in your chosen cemetery in our local area.
Artwork and photos: We can insert a ceramic photo of your loved one or of a place or item they loved. The ceramic photo finishes are very heard wearing. You would need to provide a good quality colour or black & white photo. Our skilled in-house craftspeople can also carve designs and original artwork to enhance the final headstone.
